A product demo time varies depending on the client.  We typically host demos for 45 minutes to 1 hour, however, we have happily hosted customers for 3 hours who have plenty of questions.

We will ensure you are satisfied with the information you have received and will answer all your questions.

Immediate service is provided from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm PT. During off-hours, call forwarding to support technicians who carry cell phones ensures a 10-minute response for emergency problems.

 

The supported customer login is for clients who have chosen to sign up using our Online Agreement.  Once this agreement is established, clients are issued a password.

This option is not a requirement of your service, but it provides support customers access to software manuals, release notes and training bulletins.

It’s easy!

We will import your customer and inventory data files FOR YOU.  Simply export out of your old system to a CSV file and we will import the files to get you up and running. We will monitor any trailing issues and we will be right there to help you make it a smooth transition.
